Arinne Shop is an online store selling everyday clothing and accessories to customers across twelve European countries. We are based in London and we run the whole operation by email, from the first question to the last refund.
What we sell
We keep the range deliberately small. Rather than list thousands of items, we work through a shortlist and put forward only the pieces we would be comfortable recommending to someone we know — judged on fabric, fit, construction, and whether the price makes sense for what you actually get.
When a piece does not meet that standard, it does not go on the site. That is the entire filter.
How we choose what to stock
Every product is sourced through international fulfilment partners and assessed before it is listed: we look at the material, the sizing consistency, the finish, and how the item performs after normal use. Product photography and descriptions are checked against the item itself so that what you see on the page is what arrives.
We would rather carry ten things we can stand behind than a hundred we cannot.
Where we ship
We currently ship to Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Standard shipping is free on every order, with estimated delivery in 15–30 business days. Express shipping is £4.00, with estimated delivery in 8–20 business days.
Because orders are dispatched internationally, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your local customs authority. We state this openly at checkout and in our Shipping Policy rather than leaving you to discover it on delivery.
How we handle it when something goes wrong
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. If we approve it, we pay for the return label — you are not charged to send something back that did not work out. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or simply wrong, tell us and we deal with it as our problem, not yours.

Talking to us
Support runs by email, Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 London time. A real person reads every message. We do not run a chatbot and we do not make you fight through a phone tree to reach someone.
