Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to the following 12 countries: Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. We are unable to accept orders for delivery outside these countries.

Shipping options and costs

All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP).

Standard Shipping — Free. Estimated delivery in 15–30 business days.

Express Shipping — £4.00. Estimated delivery in 8–20 business days.

Delivery times are estimates. They are counted in business days from the moment your order is dispatched, not from the moment it is placed. Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.

International shipping, duties and taxes

Orders are dispatched by our international fulfilment partners. Depending on your delivery country, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs handling fees. These charges are set by your local customs authority, are not included in the price paid at checkout, and are the responsibility of the recipient. Arinne Shop has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information can take a few business days to become active.

Delays

Delivery estimates can be affected by customs clearance, local carrier delays, public holidays, and incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email us at contact@arinneshop.com and we will investigate on your behalf.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
